We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to become a key member of our logistics team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for efficiently processing customer orders from receipt to shipment. Your duties will include picking products, packing them securely, and ensuring accurate labeling and preparation for dispatch. This position requires a high level of accuracy, speed, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is physically capable of performing tasks involving frequent Lifting and possesses a strong understanding of warehouse operations and Safety procedures. You will play a vital part in ensuring our customers receive their orders correctly and on time, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and the overall success of our fulfillment center.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory based on order fulfillment lists.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure they match order specifications.
- Pack orders carefully and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Apply shipping labels and documentation to packages.
- Stage completed orders for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock organization.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
- Perform tasks that involve regular Lifting and moving of goods.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fulfillment, picking, packing, or warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand order pick lists and shipping instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform frequent Lifting.
- Familiarity with warehouse Safety standards and the importance of PPE.
- Basic computer skills for using scanners or fulfillment software.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles.
- Dedication to workplace Safety and operational efficiency.
