Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Picker/Packer to join our dynamic logistics team in St. Louis, Missouri. In this essential role, you will be responsible for accurately picking products for customer orders and preparing them for shipment. Your duties will involve using RF scanners to locate items, verifying quantities and product details, and efficiently packing orders to ensure they reach our customers in perfect condition. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy are vital for success in this position. We maintain a strong focus on Safety, and all employees are expected to adhere to rigorous safety standards and utilize all provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role requires physical stamina, including regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs, and involves extended periods of standing and walking. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from warehouse stock according to order lists.
  • Pack picked items securely and efficiently for shipment.
  • Use RF scanners for inventory tracking and order verification.

  • Adhere to all Safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a warehouse setting is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including moderate to heavy Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Commitment to workplace Safety and the use of PPE.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
