You will be responsible for picking items from inventory, meticulously checking order details, packing products with care, and preparing them for our logistics partners. Accuracy, attention to detail, and a strong sense of urgency are key to success in this position. We maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety, and all associates must adhere to safety regulations and utilize the required PPE. This role involves regular lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Previous experience in a fulfillment center or warehouse is advantageous. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Verify order details against products being fulfilled.
- Package items securely and appropriately for shipping.
- Label packages for shipment.
- Stage orders for carrier pick-up.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Perform frequent lifting and moving of items.
- Support the seamless logistics of order fulfillment.
- Contribute to meeting daily performance targets.
- Identify and report any operational issues.
- Ensure the quality of products handled.
