We are hiring a Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic warehouse in Richmond, Virginia. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently, directly impacting customer satisfaction and our *Logistics* operations. Your responsibilities will include picking products, verifying order details, packing items for shipment, and maintaining inventory accuracy. This position requires physical engagement, including frequent *Lifting* of items up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods. A keen focus on *Safety* is mandatory, requiring strict adherence to all *Safety* protocols and the consistent use of required *PPE*. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from inventory based on order fulfillment lists.
- Verify order contents against item descriptions and quantities.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipping.
- Prepare packages with shipping labels and necessary documentation.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels through diligent picking and put-away.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Adhere to all *Safety* regulations and guidelines.
- Use and maintain required *PPE* at all times.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fulfillment center or warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring moderate *Lifting* (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic understanding of warehouse *Logistics*.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Commitment to workplace *Safety* and proper *PPE* usage.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good stamina and ability to stand for long durations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
