We are seeking enthusiastic and efficient Fulfillment Associates for our distribution center in Atlanta, Georgia. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in all stages of order fulfillment, from receiving and stocking inventory to picking, packing, and shipping customer orders. This role is critical to ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers, making it a key component of our Logistics network. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will work as part of a team, contributing to a positive and productive work atmosphere. Maintaining a safe workplace is our highest priority, and all associates must adhere to strict Safety standards and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE ) at all times. The job requires consistent physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, and frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanning devices.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Prepare outgoing shipments and coordinate with carriers.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling and cycle counts.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Follow all company Safety rules and procedures.
- Wear and use all assigned PPE .
- Participate in team efforts, including Lifting and moving merchandise.
- Contribute to overall Logistics efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and regular Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Willingness to adhere to all Safety guidelines.
- Must wear and use provided PPE .
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics concepts.
- Team player with good communication skills.
