We are hiring a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Dallas, Texas. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks essential to the efficient operation of our distribution center. This includes receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing inventory. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong work ethic. You will be expected to work collaboratively with other team members and adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to Safety . This role involves significant physical activity, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and bending throughout your shift. Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE ) is mandatory to ensure a safe working environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stocktaking.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Ensure compliance with all Safety guidelines.
- Properly use and maintain assigned PPE .
- Assist with Lifting and moving of inventory.
- Contribute to efficient Logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including consistent Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to wear required PPE .
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to workplace Safety .
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics is a plus.
