Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Utilize RF scanners and other technology to manage inventory and fulfill orders.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all Safety standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed, following all operational procedures.
- Properly wear and utilize all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock put-away.
- Support the broader logistics team in achieving operational goals and timelines.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role is highly preferred.
- Ability to perform repetitive Lifting and carrying of items up to 40 lbs.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanning technology.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of e-commerce logistics and fulfillment processes.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Commitment to adhering to all Safety protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
