Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
  • Utilize RF scanners and other technology to manage inventory and fulfill orders.
  • Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing.
  • Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all Safety standards.
  • Operate warehouse equipment as needed, following all operational procedures.
  • Properly wear and utilize all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock put-away.
  • Support the broader logistics team in achieving operational goals and timelines.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive team atmosphere.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role is highly preferred.
  • Ability to perform repetitive Lifting and carrying of items up to 40 lbs.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanning technology.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Understanding of e-commerce logistics and fulfillment processes.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Commitment to adhering to all Safety protocols.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
