Our expanding logistics company in Boise, Idaho, is looking for a skilled Warehouse Coordinator. This role is pivotal in overseeing and coordinating all warehouse activities to ensure efficient and accurate inventory management and order fulfillment. You will be responsible for managing inventory levels, receiving and processing incoming stock, and picking and packing orders for shipment. The Warehouse Coordinator will also supervise a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, training, and ensuring they adhere to all Safety guidelines and operational procedures. Strong organizational skills are a must, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment. This role involves a significant amount of physical activity, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds, and operating various warehouse equipment. Maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse is also a key responsibility. You must be proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and computer software. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in warehouse supervision and a deep understanding of Logistics principles. We emphasize the importance of using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
