Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to manage and oversee daily operations in our Miami, Florida facility. This key role involves supervising warehouse staff, optimizing workflows, managing inventory, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods through our logistics network. The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining high standards of productivity, quality, and Safety. You will collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and resolve operational issues. This position demands strong leadership qualities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a comprehensive understanding of warehouse management systems and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in warehouse supervision and a commitment to fostering a positive and productive work environment. Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse staff.
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure accuracy.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency.
  • Oversee the receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
  • Implement and enforce all Safety policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the proper use of PPE by all warehouse personnel.
  • Train and mentor warehouse staff.
  • Coordinate with carriers and manage shipping schedules.
  • Maintain operational records and prepare reports.
  • Assist with Lifting and moving of goods when necessary.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or coordination.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse Safety regulations and Logistics best practices.
  • Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with equipment operation and general warehouse Safety.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks including Lifting up to 50 lbs.
