Manufacturing Data Analyst
to support ERP optimization, operational analytics, and business intelligence initiatives.
This is a hands-on, onsite role designed for a data-oriented professional who thrives at the intersection of manufacturing operations and ERP systems. The ideal candidate will bring strong NetSuite experience, SQL proficiency, and Power BI expertise to help transform operational data into actionable business insights.
Position Overview
The Manufacturing Systems & Data Analyst will serve as a key partner to operations, finance, and leadership teams by optimizing ERP data structures, building advanced reporting solutions, and improving process visibility across production, inventory, and supply chain workflows.
This role is critical to strengthening data governance, enhancing reporting accuracy, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within a growing manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
ERP & Systems Optimization
Configure and maintain NetSuite workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools Develop and manage SuiteAnalytics saved searches Audit and validate ERP data for accuracy and consistency Support data governance and system integrity initiatives Assist with system enhancements and process documentation Business Intelligence & Reporting
Design and maintain Power BI dashboards tied to production, inventory, and financial KPIs Develop SQL queries, views, and stored procedures to extract and transform data Build data models that integrate ERP and operational datasets Translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership Operational Analytics
Analyze production metrics including work orders, BOM accuracy, inventory turns, and yield Support demand planning, forecasting, and capacity modeling Identify trends and recommend process improvements Partner with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with operations, supply chain, and finance leaders Document business requirements and technical specifications Serve as a bridge between business users and technical systems
Qualifications 3+ years of experience in ERP systems analysis or manufacturing data analytics Hands-on NetSuite experience required Strong SQL proficiency Advanced Power BI experience including DAX and data modeling Experience working with production data, BOMs, inventory, or work orders Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Preferred: Experience in industrial manufacturing or equipment production Familiarity with SuiteAnalytics Background in continuous improvement or Lean environments
Work Environment Onsite role within a manufacturing facility Direct collaboration with production and leadership teams

Compensation and Benefits Salary range approximately $65,000 to $85,000 annually, depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits package including health coverage, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth.
