Role Summary:
We're seeking a seasoned Java developer to join a high-performing engineering team focused on building scalable, enterprise-grade applications. This role offers the opportunity to contribute across the full development lifecycle-from design to deployment-while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Core Responsibilities:
Develop and implement full stack Java applications that meet evolving business requirements, using modern frameworks and best practices. Review code for quality, performance, and maintainability, and contribute to continuous optimization efforts. Participate in architectural discussions and provide input on technical planning and system design. Support and mentor team members, promoting collaborative development and knowledge sharing. Partner with engineers, analysts, and project leads to ensure consistent workflows and timely delivery of solutions. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. 7+ years of experience in Java development, with deep expertise in building enterprise applications using the Spring framework. Strong command of RESTful services, microservices architecture, Git, JPA, SQL, JSON, SOAP, XML, and version control systems. Familiarity with caching strategies, service discovery, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
