Join Cardinal Health's Dynamic Data Analytics Team! The Data & Analytics Function plays a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that empower our business decisions and secure our competitive edge. This department manages advanced analytic platforms, reporting solutions, and cutting-edge quantitative modeling to harness the power of data. As a Data Analyst, you will leverage your expertise in data analytics to enhance decision-making processes and influence strategic objectives throughout the organization. Your Role Includes: Serving as a subject matter expert for the Veeva enterprise quality management system, acting as the Business Administrator for Distribution, and collaborating on various workstreams.
Understanding and preparing data sets to derive valuable insights for operational and strategic decision-making.
Acquiring knowledge of current data contexts and processes, utilizing existing data to maximize effectiveness.
Preparing and analyzing data through various means such as cleansing, extracting, mapping, transforming, validating, or modeling data.
Interpreting and communicating analyses results, identifying trends and issues, and presenting actionable recommendations.
Building and refining Tableau dashboards to improve usability and facilitate data-driven insights.
Collaborating with stakeholders to understand data requirements effectively.
Clearly articulating analytical findings along with their underlying assumptions.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
4+ years of related experience preferred.
Familiarity with data query, visualization, dashboard, and scorecard tools is preferred.
Proficiency in Tableau and Alteryx is preferred.
Experience in coding is preferred.
General understanding of AI principles is preferred.
Familiarity with Veeva eQMS is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits: Anticipated salary range: $80,500 - 105,000. Cardinal Health offers an array of benefits including: Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
