Job Responsibilities
Supervise and support IT supervisors, team leads, and senior technical staff Conduct daily or weekly check-ins to monitor workload, priorities, and performance Provide coaching, mentoring, and escalation support for complex technical issues Review timekeeping, staffing coverage, and on-call rotations Address personnel matters, performance issues, and professional development plans Oversee daily operations of assigned IT functions (e.g., infrastructure, applications, service desk, cybersecurity) Monitor dashboards, alerts, and reports for outages, incidents, or capacity issues Manage incident response and major outrage coordination Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and security standards
Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in a related field from an accredited college or university and three (3) years in a managerial or supervisory role; or five (5) years in a managerial or supervisory role; or one (1) year of experience at the lower level Mgr, Information Technology (ITM020) or position equivalent.
