Software Engineering Intern
Role Overview
We're seeking a Software Engineer Intern to join our dynamic engineering team for an internship. This isn't a "get coffee" internship. You will be a full member of an engineering team, contributing to projects that directly impact our product and users. You will be paired with a dedicated mentor who is invested in your growth and will guide you as you tackle real-world challenges and strengthen your technical skills.
We believe that great ideas can come from anywhere, and we're looking for the next generation of engineers to help us build what's next. We value curiosity, motivation, and a passion for technology.
Desired Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field A solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design Programming experience with at least one of the following: Python, Java, C++, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment A link to your GitHub, personal website, or portfolio showcasing projects you've built (bonus) Previous internship or research experience (bonus) Familiarity with cloud platforms (like AWS, GCP, or Azure) or version control (like Git) (bonus) Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and ship code for user-facing products or internal systems Collaborate with your team (including other engineers, product managers, and designers) in agile ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives Participate in code reviews, learning to give and receive constructive feedback Learn and utilize our modern tech stack, including [List 2-3 key technologies, e.g., React, Python (Django), AWS, GCP, Kubernetes] Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure our applications are fast, scalable, and reliable Present your work and project impact to your team and other company leaders
