This role involves analyzing audience behavior, identifying trends, and tracking content performance to inform content decisions across the Content Lifecycle.
Responsibilities : • Analyze audience behavior. • Identify trends in viewing habits, retention, and engagement. • Track content performance. Understand what works, what doesn’t, and why. • Build reports and dashboards. Use SQL, BigQuery, Looker, or Tableau to create useful reporting tools. • Work with multiple teams, including Production/Development, Programming, Adsales/Marketing, Licensing. • Go beyond surface-level analysis. Look for deeper insights that shape content strategy. • Every programming decision at ViX is backed by data. Your work will help shape what people watch, how they engage, and how we grow as a platform.
Qualifications : Required : • 1-3 years of experience in data analytics, content research, or a related field. • Proficiency in SQL. • Experience with BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar platforms. • Hands-on experience with BI tools. Looker, Google Analytics, Tableau, or equivalent. • Understanding of streaming metrics. Retention, engagement, churn, audience segmentation.
