We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions supporting complex business requirements. This role demands hands-on technical execution - writing code, adapting the platform, and delivering production-ready work in a fast-paced utility environment.
Responsibilities Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Salesforce solutions Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce applications and components end-to-end Write clean, maintainable code aligned with Salesforce best practices Adapt and configure the Salesforce platform to meet evolving business needs Ensure quality, security, and compliance standards are met across all deliverables Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams in an iterative, agile development environment Serve as a technical resource for Salesforce architecture and development decisions Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience Proven track record designing, developing, and deploying large-scale Salesforce projects from end-to-end Strong experience working within iterative and agile SDLC methodologies Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and thrive in an evolving environment
