We are seeking an experienced
Technical Lead
to architect, design, and implement enterprise-level
Data Maintenance Platform solutions
using
Microsoft .NET technologies and GIS platforms .
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in
full-stack .NET development, Azure cloud services, SQL Server databases, and ESRI ArcGIS technologies , along with leadership experience managing development teams and delivering scalable data platforms. Key Responsibilities Architecture & Development Architect, design, and implement
full-stack applications
using
C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, .NET Core/.NET 9.0, and Entity Framework . Develop scalable applications using
Azure services
such as Azure App Service, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Functions. Build and maintain
RESTful APIs and integration solutions
for enterprise systems. Design and optimize
SQL Server databases, queries, and data structures
for efficient performance. GIS & Spatial Data Solutions Design and enhance
ArcGIS Pro-based applications and extensions
for spatial data editing. Integrate
GIS applications with enterprise platforms
to improve data accessibility and workflows. Manage and analyze
spatial datasets , ensuring data accuracy and quality. Develop automation workflows using
Python, ArcPy, Arcade, or ModelBuilder . Optimize
spatial databases and geodatabases
for performance. Team Leadership Lead and mentor a team of
.NET/C#/SQL Server/ETL developers . Conduct
code reviews
and maintain development standards and best practices. Provide technical guidance and support for complex system issues. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. Process & Documentation Maintain
technical documentation
including system architecture and workflows. Ensure solutions comply with
industry best practices, security standards, and development methodologies . Participate in
knowledge transfer and system adoption activities . Stay updated with emerging
GIS, cloud, and software development technologies . Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree
in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, GIS, or related field (Master's preferred). 8+ years of experience
in
full-stack .NET development . Strong expertise in: C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, .NET Core / .NET 9.0 Entity Framework & MVC Microsoft SQL Server Azure Cloud Services
Required Technical Skills Software Development Front-end technologies:
HTML, CSS, JavaScript
and frameworks such as
React or Angular RESTful API development and integrations DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git/GitHub) Experience with
Azure DevOps and application lifecycle management tools GIS & Geospatial Technologies 4+ years of ArcGIS Pro / ArcMap solution development experience Hands-on experience with: ArcGIS Maps SDK for .NET Python / ArcPy / Arcade / ModelBuilder ESRI product suite
including ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Desktop
Experience working with
geospatial databases
including: Microsoft SQL Server Oracle / Oracle Spatial PostgreSQL / PostGIS
