T&M resource. The candidate will work directly with the customer manager on the assigned deliverables.
Required Skills:
1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Business Analyst on Manhattan WMOS (2010 and 2018), ERP Systems like Oracle Enterprise E1 - 2-3 years of experience with Oracle PL/SQL, MS SQL Server Management Studio including stored procedures/trigger development. 2. 2-3 years of experience with technologies and processing environments used to support the Pick, Pack, Ship (PPS) process, such as Warehouse Mgmt, Transportation Mgmt, and Order Mgmt systems; experience with QAD Precision/Trax is also preferred. 3. 2-3 years of experience working with Integration technologies and systems, such as XML, webMethods, or Oracle Fusion Middleware (OFM). 1-2 years of experience with reporting tools, such as IBM Cognos, Power BI 1-2 years of experience working with and supporting machine automation systems, such as conveyors, print and apply applicators, in-line weigh scales, and case sealers.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering, Design & Development:
-- Gather requirements from stakeholders and business users to create different deliverables such as Business Requirement Document (BRDs), Functional Requirement Document (FRDs), System Requirement -- Specification Document (SRS) by conducting working sessions and workshops. -- Act as liaison between the business and the technology team to implement software upgrades, document business use cases, conduct user acceptance testing, and design future enhancements. -- Design system solutions that meet business requirements and align with IT architecture standards. -- Develop detailed design documents, including data models, process flows, and system interfaces. -- Partner with system analysts and architects on technical design and coordinate development work with vendors as well as internal development teams.
