* *Salary:* up to 72K up to 10% company bonus

_Our current ecosystem is built primarily on .NET and Azure, but we value engineering principles over syntax. If you are an expert in Java, Go, or similar stacks and are willing to apply those principles here, we want to hear from you._
Your Proactive Role in the Squad
What You Will Deliver
* *Enterprise Solutions:* Designing and developing high-quality, scalable architectures for large-scale applications using *modern full-stack frameworks.*
* *System Architecture:* Architecting microservices and distributed systems with a focus on robust inter-service communication and *API design.*
* *Event-Driven Design:* Implementing asynchronous processing and decoupled systems using *modern message brokers and event-driven patterns.*
* *Infrastructure & DevOps:* Driving innovation through *Infrastructure as Code (IaC)* and automating end-to-end deployment pipelines.
* *Technical Excellence:* Establishing high standards for code quality, comprehensive testing strategies (Unit, E2E, Integration), and rigorous peer reviews.
Who We Are Looking For
* *A Technical Mentor:* Someone passionate about upskilling others, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and providing constructive, high-level feedback.
* *A Full-Stack Expert:* Deeply experienced in building robust backend services and responsive frontends. Whether your expertise is in *C#/.NET, Java, Go, or Node.js* on the backend, and *React, Vue, or Angular* on the frontend, you understand the underlying patterns that make them work.
* *A Data Strategist:* Proficient in working with *relational databases (SQL)* and familiar with the trade-offs of *NoSQL/Document stores.*
* *A Strategic Thinker:* Able to deconstruct complex technical requirements into actionable work packages and guide a team through the implementation lifecycle.
* *A Proactive Collaborator:* A strong communicator who can interface directly with clients and stakeholders while maintaining an ownership mindset within an *Agile environment.*
