Seeking fellowship-trained, BE/BC Breast Radiologist to join growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of breast imaging and care in one of South Carolina s most trusted and innovative community health systems. You will have the latest diagnostic and procedural technologies including 3D mammography, breast MRI, tomosynthesis, and image-guided biopsies alongside an exceptional multidisciplinary team of surgeons, oncologists, and APP s.
Analyze and interpret screening and diagnostic mammograms, tomosynthesis, breast ultrasounds, and breast MRIs for the detection and characterization of breast cancer. Perform and interpret results from image-guided biopsies, which are essential for obtaining tissue for definitive diagnosis and biomarker analysis. Part of a "triple assessment" that includes clinical assessment (patient history, physical exam), imaging (mammography, ultrasound), and biopsy to ensure an accurate diagnosis. Serve as a key consultant to other specialists, including surgeons, oncologists, and primary care physicians. Quality assurance
: Participate in quality control measures and participate in a tumor board to ensure consistent, high-quality care. Work as a crucial member of a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care plans and treatment monitoring. Procedural and medical scope of work: Breast Health Mammography Screening Diagnostic Mammography MRI reading FACILITIES & SUPPORT: Clinic/Facility: 10-chair infusion center, onsite lab and pharmacy, two additional infusion centers on campus (1 general/1 rheumatology) Imaging/Diagnostics: PET scanning, 64-slice CT, 3-D mammography, breast MRI, high-definition endoscopy/bronchoscopy Tumor Boards: Bi-weekly for breast, PCC, GI, and ENT Surgical Referrals: ACGME Accredited: Medical students, Family Medicine Residency, transitional year, Sports Medicine Fellowship program Currently no active clinical trials; Currently undergoing submission to become accredited by The American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer. Sign-on Bonus: $100,000 Relocation Assistance:
$25,000 Call: Flexible $52.00 - $60.00 per wRVU above base target bonus potential.
