Reporting Structure

Reports to: General Manager

Direct Reports: Job Supervisors

Works closely with: Field & Safety Manager, Estimating, Interior Design, Paquin Interiors

Core Responsibilities

Oversight of Schedule & Budget

· Review Job Supervisor schedules and sequencing

· Support schedule recovery planning

· Oversee job cost tracking and forecasting

· Review actual vs estimate monthly with Job Supervisors

Financial Forecasting & Reporting

· Consolidate cost-to-complete forecasts across projects

· Identify trends or systemic risks

· Prepare financial updates for GM review

· Recommend corrective actions when needed

Supervisor Leadership & Coaching

· Hold Job Supervisors accountable to performance standards

· Coach schedule discipline and budget management

· Develop future PM talent

· Ensure consistent execution practices

Manpower & Cross-Project Coordination

· Balance manpower across projects

· Support resource allocation decisions

· Prevent conflicts or over-allocation

· Align supervisors on weekly priorities

Escalation & Issue Resolution

· Identify issues requiring GM input

· Escalate risks early with proposed solutions

· Coordinate with Field & Safety Manager on quality or safety issues
