The successful candidate will support financial analysis, deal evaluation, and strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. Senior Data Analyst - M&A Responsibilities: Build and maintain financial and M&A models. Support potential mergers and acquisitions analysis. Evaluate CIMs (Confidential Information Memorandums). Develop high-quality presentations and reporting for stakeholders. Perform data-driven financial analysis to support strategic initiatives. Senior Data Analyst - M&A Qualifications: Investment banking experience. Experience in potential M&A modeling. Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills. Experience evaluating CIMs.
