Must Have
Datadog Monitoring & Observability: Splunk, Datadog. Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes. Security: API security (OAuth2, JWT, mTLS). Provide testing, production support, and post-production assistance. Collaborate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives). Very strong candidate with Observability experience. Experience should include full product experience (APM, Logs, setting up monitoring, alerts, dashboards). Overall looking for a good Reliability Engineer that will support our environments by setting up alerting, monitoring strict SLA's and engaging to determine issues. Must have knowledge of the following tools. Datadog. ServiceNow product knowledge for reviewing incidents, problem records and reporting. Analytics skills on researching incident rates and noise.
Is this a remote position? If not, what US Bank locations can a resource work and how many days a week will they be required to work onsite? No remote, Minnesota, Dallas, Brookfield, Columbia center
Can you please provide a summary of the project/initiatives which describes what's being done? For the project that is starting up, we will need to have monitoring and availability done for our non production environment with tight SLA's.
