Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Leads the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry's best practices. Provides technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Collaborates with stakeholders (clients, product owners, other technical teams) to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions and ensure alignment. Provides technical guidance and best practices for Salesforce platform development, including security, performance, and maintainability. Stays up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and technologies and incorporates them into development processes. Extensive experience with Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, etc.). Deep understanding of Salesforce development best practices. Strong technical skills in areas such as Apex, Lightning Experience(LWC), and integrations. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills. Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Admin, etc. (desirable). Roles & Responsibilities
