Minimum 9 years of customization experience as a Lead Software Engineer - Salesforce. At least 3 years of prior experience in a Lead Role is mandatory. Minimum 3 years of experience in building LWC and lightning applications. In-depth technical expertise in Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Experience Cloud. Strong experience with APEX, including Apex Classes, Controllers, and Triggers. Substantial experience using Visual Force for Salesforce development. Strong knowledge of SOAP and REST web services. Proficiency with SOQL & SOSL languages. Experience in designing solutions for large Salesforce data volumes. Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC, Agile, SCRUM). Familiarity with application development frameworks, such as ITIL, DevOps, CI/CD, Agile, and Scrum. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges. Proactive approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Preferred certifications in Salesforce technologies, including Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce Java Script Developer I, and Salesforce CPQ. Additional certifications considered: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Experience Cloud
