LogicMonitor
. We are seeking technical, business-savvy Systems Administrators to lead this charge. This isn't just a "backend" role-you will act as a consultant to the business, gathering requirements from stakeholders to ensure their mission-critical applications are fully observable and high-performing. Key Responsibilities Platform Ownership:
Administer and optimize the LogicMonitor platform, including collectors, dashboards, alerting policies, and reporting.
Infrastructure Monitoring:
Configure monitoring across a hybrid environment (Servers, Network, Cloud) using LogicMonitor data sources and custom integrations.
Strategic Advisory:
Work directly with infrastructure, application, and security owners to evaluate coverage and define performance/availability metrics.
Automation:
Use scripting (PowerShell, Groovy, Bash) and LogicMonitor APIs to automate alerting workflows and monitoring tasks.
Integrations:
Manage 3rd party integrations including ServiceNow Service Graph Connector, VMware, and Dell modules.
Data Visualization:
Design bespoke dashboards for both technical teams and business stakeholders to track system health trends.
What You Bring to the Table LogicMonitor Subject Matter Expertise:
Deep experience in LM administration is required.
Broad Infrastructure Knowledge:
Comfortable navigating Windows and Linux environments, storage solutions, and network devices.
Consultative Skills:
Ability to sit with business users, translate "business talk" into "technical requirements," and provide actionable recommendations.
Scripting Prowess:
Proficiency in PowerShell, Groovy, or Bash.
System Experience:
Familiarity with ServiceNow for tracking efforts and status reporting.
