What you'll do at work A Sales Executive is responsible for contacting potential or existing customers to discuss competitive gas and electricity tariffs, broadband, boiler installations, boiler cover & appliance cover. The agents goal is to understand the customers needs, explain the benefits of switching, and guide them through the sign-up process. Success in this role relies on strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to build quick rapport while working to targets in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
