Overview:
We're looking for a
Head of Content
to provide strategic leadership across a growing organisation's content and audience operation. This role exists to bring clarity, focus, and structure to a complex, multi-channel content environment. It is a senior position responsible for defining direction and priorities - not for day-to-day execution. You will shape how content supports audience engagement, growth, and commercial outcomes across platforms.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
Setting Direction Defining what content is created and why
Establishing clear content pillars rooted in audience needs
Ensuring content decisions are insight-led and commercially aware
Balancing inspirational storytelling with practical value
Planning & Structure Building and maintaining a forward-looking content roadmap
Planning content months ahead with production realism in mind
Ensuring major content outputs align with wider business objectives
Creating systems that make content easier to deliver at scale
Commercial Enablement Working with commercial stakeholders to shape credible content opportunities
