Are you an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer looking to take the lead on complex engineering challenges? Do you have hands?on experience designing mechanical handling equipment, tooling, or rig systems? Are you confident working within highly regulated environments where accuracy, safety and compliance are paramount?
The Opportunity A leading engineering consultancy is seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to support a major project of national importance. You’ll join an established, multi?disciplinary team working closely with engineering leads to develop innovative mechanical solutions, equipment designs and supporting technical documentation.
We would also welcome applications from these industries Nuclear, defence, marine engineering, oil and gas, and other highly regulated mechanical sectors.
This role would suit candidates working in these roles Mechanical Design Engineer, Senior Mechanical Engineer, Mechanical Handling Engineer, Mechanical Project Engineer, Principal Mechanical Designer, Tooling Design Engineer, Equipment Design Engineer, Plant Engineering Specialist, CAD Mechanical Engineer, or Mechanical Systems Engineer.
