We are a Medicare and JCAHO Certified Home Health Agency currently seeking Florida licensed Physical Therapist(s) to immediately fill Full Time and Independent Contractor positions. We offer competitive salaries, paid time off and health insurance for full-time employees. Competitive rates for Independent Contractor Positions as well. We have been ethically serving patients for over thirty years and our headquarters are in Miami-Dade County. Knowledge of Home Health Experience is desirable. On-the-job training is also available. Home Health PT positions are needed for all areas of Miami-Dade County, Broward County and Monroe County. The position is responsible for the start of care OASIS, PT evaluation, re-evaluation and discharge of Medicare and Medicare Advantage plan patients. English and Spanish speaker is a MUST. We are a large and thriving home health agency with lots of opportunities for work.
