Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Business Analyst
to support a major national customs platform that processes declarations for goods entering and leaving the UK through ports and airports. This platform is a core replacement for legacy customs systems, supporting the electronic completion of customs information as well as the calculation and payment of duties and taxes. The system currently processes approximately
60 million declarations per year , with the potential for volumes to increase significantly. This role plays a critical part in ensuring scalability, accuracy, and delivery within a complex, high-impact digital environment.
