The Senior Reporting & Analytics Manager plays a pivotal role in leading a high-performing team of Senior Business Analysts. This innovative team delivers standardized reports, dashboards, and actionable insights that empower data-driven decision-making for various core mobility products with millions of subscribers generating billions in revenue. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to both commercial and product leadership, translating complex data into compelling business narratives that go beyond traditional dashboards, illustrating the underlying factors driving performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a dynamic team of analysts committed to producing exceptional reporting, insights, and decision support. Design, implement, and continuously improve reporting frameworks and data models that shed light on financial, commercial, product, and operational performance. Transform complex quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights detailing key performance indicators (KPIs) and business outcomes. Conduct advanced analyses, including whitespace and opportunity exploration, trend forecasting, and root-cause diagnostics. Collaborate closely with Product, Commercial, FP&A, Finance, Strategy, and Channel teams to ensure reporting aligns with business objectives and priorities. Oversee the integration of front-end, back-end, and enterprise data systems to provide scalable, accurate, and user-friendly reporting solutions. Effectively present findings and strategic recommendations to leadership in a clear, concise, and visually engaging manner, suitable for diverse audiences. Standardize and manage enterprise reporting solutions to ensure consistency, governance, and data integrity across all stakeholders. Supervise the analytics team to guarantee timely delivery of high-quality analyses that enhance program effectiveness. Conduct competitive analyses to inform strategic offers and processes. Respond promptly to ad hoc reporting requests and additional assignments as necessary. Education and Work Experience: Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Data Science, Decision Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field with 7 years of relevant experience, or a comparable mix of education and experience (Required). Preferred areas of study include Data Analysis, Data Science, Decision Science, or similar disciplines. Relevant Professional Experience: Expertise in business intelligence tools (e.g., Business Objects, Cognos, Hyperion). Experience in reporting and analyzing performance using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Advanced analytical skills including SQL/ETL, and analysis of complex datasets (Required). 2-4 years managing a finance or analytics team (Required). 4-7 years of programming experience in Python, R, Go, or similar (Preferred). Experience with SQL or database management (Required). Background in telecommunications (Preferred). Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong financial analysis and financial modeling capabilities (Required). Proficient database skills (Required). Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Required). Excellent communication abilities. Experience in consumer electronics, logistics, or telecom (Preferred). Travel Requirement:
Yes Base Pay Range:
$121,100 - $218,500 with a Corporate Bonus Target of 20%. Actual pay will depend on various factors including experience and location.
