Title: SFCC Architect / Lead (Salesforce Commerce Cloud / Demandware Commerce)
Location: East Rutherford, NJ (Hybrid - some days per week will be onsite)

Job Description:
- Manage daily support and maintenance of Salesforce platform instance, and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements - Communicate with project managers, clients, and other developers in designing cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases - Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully
Required: - Minimum work experience 10+ years of software operations & development, 5 years of Demandware/Salesforce Commerce application support and 3 years of development - Experience working with Demandware/Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), should be a certified person in Sales force commerce cloud - Retail / B2C ecommerce experience in site merchandising operations, reporting, site search, campaign & promotions management and maintenance - Strong experience in ecommerce domain (PIM, OMS, CRM, integrating branded content sites) - Strong knowledge on web development technologies including JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript Scripting Languages, DHTML, SOAP and AJAX - Experience in multi-system integration
- DevOps experienced
- Should have SCRUM knowledge
- Should have good experience in Client interaction

- Can coach & mentor the team, can proactively initiate good operations practice
- Proven ability to effectively communicate complex ideas, issues, concepts, and solutions to all levels of the organization, including executive leadership and the business - Strong customer services skills focusing on customer success - Strong organizational and planning skills
