A highlight of our work includes the development of ClinicalKey AI, a cutting-edge clinical decision support tool powered by generative AI, designed to provide physicians with instant access to accurate, evidence-based medical information to enhance decision-making at the point of care. Key Qualifications: Experience with backend programming languages such as Python, NodeJS, and Java. Proven track record in designing, developing, and maintaining complex ETL pipelines. Familiarity with Database technologies (SQL, NoSQL). Exposure to cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab, or SVN). Knowledge of unit/integration testing practices. Effective documentation and communication of solutions. Ability to provide constructive, respectful, and thoughtful feedback to peers. Responsibilities: Independently manage medium- to larger-sized tasks with minimal assistance. Design components and modules while providing mentorship to junior engineers. Troubleshoot and resolve issues, collaborating with quality engineering and product teams. Communicate ideas, ask questions, and provide feedback clearly and openly. Show empathy towards colleagues, remain open to feedback, and practice humility in learning from others. The U.S. National Base Pay Range for this position is $86,600 - $144,400, with geographical differentials applicable in some locations based on local market rates.
