Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Developer to join our R&D DevOps team. The selected candidate will focus on web development within an Azure-hosted environment and collaborate closely with global R&D teams across Europe and the US East Coast. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions, and demonstrate ownership from requirement gathering through delivery.
Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and translate stakeholder requirements into technical feature implementations within Azure DevOps. Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications in an Azure-hosted environment. Coordinate and collaborate with R&D DevOps Data Insights team members across multiple geographies. Plan and estimate tasks using structured breakdown methods. Develop and maintain unit and integration tests. Participate in code reviews and provide/receive constructive feedback. Ensure timely delivery with high-quality standards. Propose multiple technical solutions and adapt to changing requirements. Coordinate enhancement and bug-fix activities with distributed development teams. Flexibility to adjust work hours to support global R&D collaboration. Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience in
C#, .NET, and Full Stack Development Experience with
UI/UX design principles Hands-on experience with
SQL Server and relational databases Experience with
T-SQL, Stored Procedures, and Views Experience with
Azure DevOps (ADO) and Git Experience developing and deploying applications in
Microsoft Azure Strong presentation and public speaking skills Ability to deliver against scope, quality, and deadlines Experience creating effective unit and integration tests Strong task estimation and planning skills Organized, methodical, and self-driven Ability to take ownership from inception to delivery Strong collaboration skills in a multi-site environment Nice to Have
Experience with:
Azure Functions ASP.NET MVC (Razor) HTML5 / JavaScript
