Strong proficiency in automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber).
Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for test automation.
Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
Knowledge of API testing and tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).
Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments and tools (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Experience in mobile application testing and automation.
Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) is a plus.
Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role is desirable.
Education Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field-or equivalent relevant experience Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $83,430.00 - $222,480.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
