About the Role
We are looking for a
Salesforce Developer / Lead
to join our team in
Austin, TX
. This role combines hands-on Salesforce development with leadership responsibilities, allowing you to drive enterprise solutions, mentor developers, and make a real impact on the business.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative tools Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations and guide development teams Build integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs Collaborate with business, product, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security requirements Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployments Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer or Lead Hands-on expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud Knowledge of Salesforce security, roles, profiles, and permission sets Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration Ability to design solutions for scalability and performance Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills Nice to Have
Salesforce Platform Developer or Architect certifications Experience with CI/CD tools and release management Prior experience leading a Salesforce team or project
