About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled
Salesforce Developer
to join our team and support the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration, along with a solid understanding of Apex, Lightning Components, and Salesforce best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using
Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce , and
Lightning Web Components (LWC) . Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and process automation tools. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using
REST/SOAP APIs , middleware, or ETL tools. Optimize and enhance existing Salesforce applications for performance and scalability. Participate in release planning, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner. Ensure adherence to Salesforce security best practices and governance standards. Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 3-7+ years
of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Proficiency in
Apex, LWC, Aura components, SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce , and Salesforce declarative tools. Strong experience in
Salesforce integrations
(REST, SOAP, APIs, middleware tools). Solid understanding of
Salesforce architecture , data model, and security model. Experience working in
Agile/Scrum
environments. Salesforce Developer certifications such as:
Platform Developer I (PD1)
- Required Platform Developer II (PD2)
- Preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CI/CD tools such as
Git, Copado, Jenkins, Azure DevOps , etc. Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud. Knowledge of DevOps, automated testing frameworks, and code quality tools. Experience with enterprise-level Salesforce implementations. Soft Skills
Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
