JD: Automates and manages build and deployment pipelines. Maintains version control systems like Git. Oversees release management and Proficient in managing legacy CI/CD pipelines and collaboration tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Git. Provide comprehensive support for legacy and web-based applications, addressing issues related to application performance, server configurations, and database interactions. Support middleware applications integrated with core systems, ensuring seamless communication and functionality. Monitor and maintain servers, databases, and workstations to ensure high availability and minimize downtime. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues efficiently. Strong command of Oracle SQL for data querying and optimization. Solid understanding of core networking principles including TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, and load balancers. Hands-on experience in change management, including the creation, coordination, and execution of change requests. Document operational procedures and track application performance metrics to support continuous improvement. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams. Skilled in documentation and reporting for operational transparency and knowledge sharing. - Possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Github Actions, Gitlab CI, Jenkins, and ArgoCD. - Demonstrate expertise in infrastructure management using Jenkins X, Azure DevOps, and AWS DevOps. - Have a strong understanding of the Payer domain and its specific requirements. - Show proficiency in using JenkinsCloudBees, CircleCI, TeamCity, and Bamboo for deployment processes. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. - Display strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. - Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
