Top Skills: 1. 10 to 12 years Cisco switching and routing with NX-OS experience as well as Catalyst IOS. 2. Firewall experience, writing rules, diagnostics and troubleshooting firewalls, IPSEC tunnels (VPN) 3. Work as Team member for Change tickets, Incidents P1, P2, etc. RCA, evaluate and propose possible correction to reduce number of Corrective Action on RCA and infrastructure
Job Description/Responsibilities: - Switching & Routing Cisco, AWS Networking, Cisco Client (uses TACAS), Firewalls (Cisco or Palo Alto, etc.). IPSEC, VPNs, Load balancing. - Write and Perform Change tickets, Incident resolution, RCA for incidents and Problem Tickets. Troubleshoot with other Groups such as Server team, Storage Team, internal users. - Join P1 and P2 Major Incident bridges, work inside the Datacenter and office space as needed. - Work after hours and weekends for Change tickets or Incident resolution. - Attend CAB and defend Change Tickets, correct CAB requested correction in Change tickets.
