UG Tea, a premium tea brand from Taiwan, is launching its *first-ever U.S. location* in the heart of San Gabriel – and we’re looking for passionate, energetic team members to join our *flagship store*! Known for our high-quality ingredients, stunning aesthetics, and modern tea culture, UG Tea is more than just a drink — it's an experience.
As a Barista/Cashier, you'll be the face of this exciting new chapter, bringing handcrafted drinks to life and delivering exceptional service to every guest who walks through our doors.
*Responsibilities*
* Craft a variety of fresh tea beverages, including fruit teas, milk teas, lattes, and seasonal specialties.
* Greet customers with warmth and energy, helping them explore our unique menu and make selections based on their preferences.
* Operate the POS system efficiently for accurate ordering and payment handling.
* Follow all food safety guidelines and UG Tea's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure high standards.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene.
* Collaborate with your team to create a smooth, positive, and welcoming environment for both customers and coworkers.
* Manage time effectively during peak hours to ensure timely service without compromising quality.

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail, especially in drink-making and cleanliness
* Experience in boba, tea shops, or food service is *a plus* - but NOT required.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 35 per week
