Manager & Directors JOB SUMMARY
To manage the repair and maintenance of vehicles, fixtures, and equipment on estates owned or rented by the business. To carry out on-site repairs and maintenance work on vehicles owned by various customers. Basic Hours
Monday to Friday (40 hours) Overtime
Paid at basic rate Pay Schedule
£21.00 to £23.00 per hour Callouts
£40.00 per call plus hours worked Holiday
21 days plus bank holidays DESCRIPTION
The business operates from several facilities across Cambridgeshire, Thrapston, Tamworth, and Crewe, primarily within the agricultural and haulage industries. The Technician will work closely with the Workshop Manager and other team members to ensure all jobs are completed to a high standard and within required timeframes. MAJOR TASKS
On-site servicing and repairs to customer assets
Assisting with routine vehicle and trailer maintenance to meet VOSA standards
Diagnosing and rectifying all types of vehicle faults
Preparing vehicles and trailers for MOT inspections
Carrying out 6-weekly PMIs
