To manage the progression of residential sales from the start of the transaction through to legal completion. You will ensure that each sale progresses smoothly within the agreed timescales, efficiently resolving issues and maintaining excellent communication with both buyer and seller. Location:
West London Salary:
£28,000-£40,000 DOE Hours:
Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm Key Responsibilities: Manage a pipeline of 6080 transactions.
Once Solicitors are instructed, keeping within agreed timescales and proactively overcoming obstacles.
Communicate with buyers regularly, and update sellers on the progress of the sale.
Provide excellent customer service to all parties, in line with our service standards.
Accurately report weekly and monthly figures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local solicitors and third parties.
Oversee the accuracy and completion of all offer documentation.
Provide support in the follow-up of outstanding payments as required.
