You will be spending a lot of time on the phone liaising with new and existing customers, talking to them about our extensive product ranges.
About the Role
The position requires the ability to engage and develop relationships with customers, understanding their needs and assist them. There is a small team of professional people in the business who process orders, manage finance, the website and marketing, working together to achieve our objectives, increase customer retention, gain new customers and grow the business. Full training on the company, our products, systems and procedures will be given in a structured program to ensure the right candidate has all the necessary tools to complete the job successfully.
