Provide independent data science, machine learning, and advanced analytical insights using member, financial, and organizational data to support mission‑critical decision‑making across the enterprise. Partner with business units to understand business needs, translate them into analytical solutions, and identify opportunities for new products, services, and process optimization through the application of advanced analytics. Design, develop, and deploy descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive models that inform strategy, improve performance, and optimize member outcomes. Embed analytics into strategic planning and operational workflows to enable leaders to measure what matters, identify growth opportunities, and anticipate member needs. Perform work assignments of increasing complexity under moderate supervision, exercising sound independent judgment. Serve as an experienced professional within the field, applying a strong, well‑developed skill set and proficiency in data science and analytics methodologies.

Responsibilities
Design and develop analytical solutions, segmentation logic, and moderately complex algorithms to support member analytics and enterprise decision‑making
Identify meaningful insights from large, complex member, financial, and organizational data and metadata sources
Apply analytical techniques, trend analysis, and exploratory methods to interpret data and generate actionable insights
Exercise sound judgment and discretion within defined procedures and practices, applying independent analytical reasoning
Use analytical modeling and trend analysis to assess patterns in member behavior, performance, and outcomes
Apply and promote best practices related to responsible analytics and ethical use of data and AI
Transform complex analytical results into clear charts, tables, and data products that support effective decision‑making
Build strong working relationships with team members, business partners, and subject matter experts
Lead potentially high‑impact projects or workstreams, contributing technical direction and analytical expertise
Communicate findings through effective written and verbal documentation and presentations to a diverse set of stakeholders, including senior leadership or executive level
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in exploratory data analysis
Advanced understanding of business and operating environment
Knowledge of statistics, programming, data modeling, simulation, and advanced mathematics
Experience with large data environments and modern analytical tools.
Experience with model lifecycle execution, including model development, testing, and validation
Experience presenting analytical findings and insights to audiences with varying technical backgrounds
Strong data storytelling and technical presentation skills, including experience creating presentation materials in PowerPoint.
Experience documenting analytical work, technical documentation, and drafting SOPs
Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to collaborate and build relationships across technical and business teams
Strong problem solving skills and sound judgment when responding to issues and opportunities
Technical skills including big data analysis, coding, project management, and technical writing
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
Desired Qualifications
Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar quantitative discipline
Experience working in consulting or highly cross-functional analytical environments
Experience owning analytical projects or leading small analytical initiatives
Experience working in cloud or distributed data environments
