Our client, a leading Oil and Gas operator are currently recruiting for a SharePoint M365 Data Analyst to join them on a contract basis initially for 6 months based in Aberdeen.
JOB OVERVIEW SharePoint / M365 Data Analyst supports the design, implementation, and optimization of the enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms. This role is responsible for architecting scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions across SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and the broader M365 ecosystem. The position requires deep technical expertise with a strong understanding of business processes, governance, and user adoption strategies
Accountabilities and Responsibilities • Design and architect SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions to support enterprise collaboration, content management, and workflow automation • Lead migration initiatives from legacy systems to SharePoint Online and M365, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal performance • Develop and enforce governance frameworks for SharePoint and M365 usage, including permissions, data classification, retention, and compliance • Configure and manage SharePoint site collections, hubs, templates, and modern web parts to meet business requirements • Integrate M365 services such as Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), Teams, and OneDrive to streamline business processes • Collaborate with stakeholders to ga...
