As Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for managing all sales on an exciting new development in the heart of Cornwall.
This is an exciting time to join one of Cornwalls most prestigious house builders, known for their luxury brand and quality build.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, key responsibilities will include:
* Successfully qualify, close and support the sales process through to legal completion.
* Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction to all customers.
* Ensure show homes/sales office presentation meets company standards at all times
* Be fully aware of all of the benefits and unique selling points of each home.
* Assist in market research to support the department
* General marketing duties
* General Administration
Requirements:
* Full UK driving licence.
* Must have new build residential sales experience.
* Presentable and personable, both in person and over the phone.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong interest in the property industry, with a good understanding of market trends and customer preferences.
* Proficient in IT skills, including the use of relevant software and tools.
* Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm.Bottom of Form
