My client is a family-owned company are the UK’s largest independent distributor of pneumatic, hydraulic, and fluid power solutions. Established over 50 years ago, they stock and distribute more than 20,000 products. With nationwide reach and a fantastic industry reputation for technical support and customer service, they are now looking to add an Internal Sales Support Engineer to their team.
They are seeking an Internal Sales Support Engineer to support external sales engineers and clients both existing and new by providing technical sales support, preparing quotations, processing orders, and delivering an exceptional level of customer service.
Internal Sales Support Engineer
£27,000 – £35,000 DOE, 23 days holiday +Bank Holidays, pension, EMP, medical care.
Preston
Monday to Friday work (8am – 5pm)
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to
Provide internal technical and sales support to customers and external sales engineers Prepare accurate quotations and pricing based on customer specifications and requirements Process, track, and manage sales orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment Handle inbound customer enquiries, offering product guidance and application support Qualify customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and solutions Maintain accurate customer records within CRM systems Support sales growth through proactive follow-ups and customer engage...
