The below job description will outline this position of: Sales Administrator
Typically, this person support the external sales team in a sales administration function offering admin and customer support both via email and phone. This is an exciting opportunity for someone wanting to learn about marine engineering and become trained into a field sales / business development position.
HSB Technicals client is an established and well-regarded business entity.
Duties and responsibilities of the Sales Administrator:
Create and place purchase orders for parts and services
Produce accurate invoicing and order documentation
Support warehousing, logistics and parts stock coordination
Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal technical teams
Assist the Sales Manager with client enquiries, quotes and sales support tasks
