**This posting is for multiple vacancies.**
**We are seeking highly motivated security personnel for positions within a physical security environment specializing in the protection of a Construction site for a Data Centre.**
**Position Overview:**
**Wages: $18.00/hr+ (depending on site)**
**Status: On Call**
**Shift timings: Varies (Days, Afternoons)**
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ De-escalate tense situations by verbal communication using a variety of techniques designed to reduce risk.
+ Respond to medical emergencies and be prepared to perform CPR and AED if needed.
+ Operate gates at gatehouse locations, screening all visitors.
+ **Perform foot patrols inside and outside in all weather conditions.**
+ Follow security breach procedures by notifying supervisors or other appropriate personnel when security breaches occur.
**QUALIFICATIONS** **:**
+ Valid Ontario Security License
+ Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
+ 1 year of security experience minimum within large scale security operations is preferred.
+ Thorough understanding of security protocols and procedures including emergency response.
+ **G or G2 class drivers' license with your own vehicle is required to travel to sites.**
+ Customer service experience is a strong asset.
